Studio 1 is located on the first floor on one level and is

about 30 square meters and is ideal for two people

possibly with a toddler.

French doors open the living room up to the balcony and

at the same time let a lot of light in. You will find a large

double bed (200 x 200 cm) in a slightly recessed sleeping

area and a dining area with a small dining table.

The kitchenette with two hotplates and a small fridge

doesn't hold a large dining table, but is perfectly sized

for two people. The studio has a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

On the shared terrace there is an outdoor fireplace and

a cozy sitting area that invites aperitifs in the evening sun.
